Things to do in Jupiter this week
Welcome to issue #1. Tonight the Town Council takes up the Sperry hotel-and-marina plan by the Inlet. Halloween lands Saturday, and the clocks fall back Sunday. If you only do one thing: climb the lighthouse for the Halloween sunrise. Every pick links to its source, so check times before you go.

🏛️ Tonight at Town Hall
Thu 10/29 · 6pm · Town Hall, Council Chambers
First readings on the 10.5-acre site at 961 and 997 N A1A: a hotel, condos, restaurant, retail and marina, with several waiver requests. 5.5 acres would go to conservation, but the Riverwalk piece would shrink from 535 to 142 feet. Public comment is allowed.
Same meeting
Ordinance 30-26 would move a zoning boundary so the Sperry land can be rezoned, and would cap buildings along the Inlet at one story (two with a Council waiver).
